It turns out Java I think might have been the problem? But there is no indication that was the issue but it seems to have been fixed. Update: I found out my Java was a long time not updated on a hunch I decided to see if that might fix it which my next step would've been to reinstall Jdownloaer 2.

I finally got the file I wanted thru Jdownloader 2 indivdually. Internet Archive randomly drops connections over 1GB in size and some files don't fully make it. Hence I dropped it a star due to the process involved. IE: The letter H is one such letter with 'Missing files'. Update to the Update: Some letters say 'Missing files' so if I want to I'll have to fish them out manually in the actual archive.
